El Rito Media was founded in 2022 by a group of New Mexicans committed to local journalism and community connection. Since then, the company has grown to include five trusted publications: the Rio Grande Sun, the Artesia Daily Press, the Alamogordo News, the Carlsbad Current-Argus, and the Ruidoso News.
