As El Rito’s top executive, he has guided the expansion into new markets, including the acquisition of Gannett’s New Mexico titles, while maintaining high journalistic standards.
Frank Leto serves as Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager of El Rito Media, overseeing business operations and revenue strategy. A former group publisher with deep regional experience, he leads sales, marketing, and growth across five newspapers. Supporting daily operations, Frank focuses on advertising and community partnerships to drive financial sustainability and local impact.
